Thank you for selecting our consulting services. Before going, please carefully read the terms and conditions below. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Consultation Services

   Our consulting provides guidance and support to those seeking information and advice on getting a medical degree. Medipedia provides information about various colleges, universities, and Countries that provide MBBS/Other Medical programs. I have Enrolled at MEDIPEDIA voluntarily, out of my interest and accord, for Medical Colleges Admission Assistance.
   
   

2. Information Accuracy

   While Medipedia aims to give accurate and up-to-date information, please keep in mind that information about colleges, universities, and countries is subject to change without notice. Medipedia cannot guarantee that the information supplied is accurate or complete. In case of change in NMC (National Medical Council) rules regarding MBBS programs, Medipedia is not responsible. Medipedia has informed me in advance that the National Medical Council Rules are stringent and I need to adhere to those to get a License to practice.
   
   

3. Student/Parent Responsibility

   All information and details submitted by you must be accurate and truthful. Any falsification or misrepresentation of information may lead to the cancellation of our services without a refund. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the truth and completeness of the information provided. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. The student & Parents are responsible for deciding which college, university, or nation to pursue a Medical degree in. Medipedia provides advice and recommendations based on your interests and needs, but the final decision is up to you. I agree that the Country/University/College I am choosing is at my discretion.
   
   

4. Consultation Fees

   Medipedia charges fees for our consulting services based on the time and expertise Medipedia gives. Details regarding consultation fees have been discussed and agreed upon before the start of services. I abide to follow the Consultancy fees decided & which shall be paid in full as and when it is due, Any discrepancies would lead to legal proceedings against me & Medipedia reserves full right to recover fees from me in any case.
   
   

5. Limitation of Liability

   While Medipedia strives to provide helpful counsel and support, Medipedia will not be held liable for any decisions made by the student regarding their choice of institution, university, or country to pursue a Medical degree.
   
   

6. Limitation of Responsibility for Natural Calamities

   Our consultancy shall not be held liable for providing assistance or support in the event of a natural disaster, including but not limited to war, earthquakes, floods, or any other force majeure event. While we strive to give assistance and advice in typical conditions, factors beyond our control may limit our capacity to provide support during such occurrences.
   
   

7. Student Acknowledgement

   By using our services, you understand and agree that our consultancy cannot guarantee assistance or support during natural disasters. It is your responsibility to take necessary precautions and seek assistance from competent authorities in the event of an emergency.
   
   

8. Student Accountability

   Our consulting guides and supports students throughout their educational path. However, students must understand that they are responsible for their acts, behavior, and obedience to laws, rules, and regulations.
   
   

9. Consequences of Illegal Activities

   If a student engages in illegal activities, such as fighting, criminal behavior, or any other wrongdoing that results in the cancellation of their seat by the university or college, our consultancy will not be held responsible.
   
   

10. Communication with Parents

    To provide the best support for students' academic journeys, we respectfully request that students grant permission for our consultancy to communicate with their parents via various modes, including but not limited to phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, or any other means. By engaging our services, students acknowledge and agree to grant permission for our consultancy to communicate with their parents as outlined in these terms and conditions.
    
    

11. College/University/Authority Refunds

    Our consulting provides educational support and consultation, including all applications. However, we are not responsible for requesting refunds from any institution on behalf of students in any case.
    
    

12. Confidentiality

    We value the confidentiality of your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your permission unless compelled by law. However, After my Admission to Medical College in India/ Abroad, MEDIPEDIA reserves its exclusive rights to use my information and my Videos for marketing and publicity purposes on any of its Social Media Platforms.
    
    

13. Refund Policy

    MEDIPEDIA Registration/Counselling costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if I decide not to take admission or if I do not receive admission for any reason. In the case of MEDIPEDIA Registration before the NEET/University Entrance exam, and if I am unable to pass the exam for whatever reason, I will not be refunded any money. However, if I plan for next year, the registration money will be waived for that year & adjusted for last year's amount.
    
    

14. Modifications to Terms

    We retain the right to change these terms and conditions at any moment. Any modifications will take effect immediately after being posted on our website or other communication channels.
    
    

15. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from or about these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Jurisdiction at our head office state jurisdiction.
